The European Union is seeking proposals for projects that increase access to renewable energy services in the Philippines with financial assistance from the Access to Sustainable Energy Programme (ASEP). The deadline for submission of proposals is 19 February 2018 at 11:00 (Brussels date and time).
An information session will be held on 19 January 2018 in Manila. The precise time and location of the information session and modalities for participation in this session will be published on the EU Delegation's website https://eeas.europa.eu/delegations/philippines_en and on the aforementioned website.
The objective of this Call for Proposals is to promote renewable energy strategies and systems that promote energy efficiency, innovations and support to livelihoods for poor off-grid and un-electrified households in rural communities of the Philippines with positive impact on climate change adaptation and mitigation.
The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is EUR 7,200,000.
