CCI France-Philippines and FPUA inaugurate 46 disaster-resilient houses in Bogo, Cebu

Last August 8, CCI France-Philippines inaugurated with France-Philippines United Action (FPUA), the 46 disaster-resilient houses of the rehabilitation site in Barangay Cayang in Bogo city.
It was also an opportunity to meet and discuss with selected families who soon will be moving in the new rehabilitation site.
The construction of the houses is now completed but lot of works still have to be done: connecting the houses to the local water network, building the drainage system and settling ponds, road and multipurpose center construction.
FPUA is looking for partners who would want to contribute to this project.
The village is the third rehabilitation site built in Cebu by the Foundation. The two first sites located in the municipality of Daanbantayan were turnover in November 2015 and accommodate today more than 200 underprivileged families, victims of typhoon Haiyan in 2013.
In parallel to build disaster resilient villages, FPUA also develops project in children's welfare such as educational sponsorships and health missions for the communities of its rehabilitation sites.
